Costs
There are no upfront costs payable and your consultation is free.
Should you want us to administer the estate the executors fee is regulated by legislation and is determined to be 3.5% on the gross value of the estate.
As executor or as agent or attorney for the executor, we will only be entitled to our fee once the estate has been finalized.
There are other administration costs which will be discussed with you.
